i booked a packet through DTDC Consignment no.-M93842388 on 8th Oct’13 from Mumbai to be delivered at Gurgaon. I had mentioned the phone no. of recipient at Gurgaon as well as mine on packet. Phone nos. were recorded by booking agent on booking slip also. But DTDC returned back the courier without calling either recipient or myself on account of address incomplete. They could have called the consignee at Gurgaon for complete address or myself, if they had any issues. But they simply returned back the packet and now asking me to rebook the same for Gurgaon. It is not right as i have already paid them and again i will have to pay for rebooking.

I want DTDC to rebook and deliver the packet without any charges and reimburse the loss happened on account of non-delivery of packet.
