DTDC Package Mishandling – Damaged

I have lodge a complaint for delay in delivery. Today I received my parcel Z97076318. I paid 550 Rs for delivery. They deliver me product broken and when I call to DTDC Nangal they tell me call to sender when I call to sender they tell me call to Ambala Hub. When I call Ambala Hub then Miss Omshu (01714004564) tell me they have no any fault and you can do anything and we don’t pay for mishandling. One person is objections on other but I don’t got any solution. When I call to DTDC Nangal (9357589500) to send back this parcel to sender they tell me to give courier charges. I tell her why I give you charges then she tells me they closed my call. But I tell them within 1 hour of receiving parcel. Sender paid Rs 550 for door delivery to bela bathri but I received my parcel at Nangal Hub 17 Kms away from here. So kindly suggest me what to do. Kindly help me because no one listening me. I am very disappointing with DTDC bad service. Kindly do a needful.

Parcel is opened and repacked by Ambala Hub and LCD is breaked by Ambala Hub persons because I made complaint of them in Consumer Court. Whole body of LCD is breaked also LCD Pannel (About Rs 3500/-) is breaked. I received my parcel about 17 Km away from delivery point ( about Rs 50/-) I spend extra also DTDC charges (Rs 550/-)
