Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Mother Board Issues

I have purchased Redmi Note3 on 10th July & it became problem on 19th July & I submitted to Service Center on 20th July. After 3 days they said Mother board problem so we are going to change Mother Board. Then I requesting instead of changing of Mother Board you replace my Handset. They refused and they misguided me by them self they changed mother board and now they are telling that you made a mistake by giving phone to Service center & they are playing around us.

In Mobile Mother is the Main thing. I am asking replacement of Handset is Genuine because I used only 9 days… Paying 11,999/- and taking repaired mobile is very sad thing.
