Xiaomi, LeEco, Xolo – No Customer Repair Service

It is to bring to your notice that the companies selling the mobile phones in our country are not providing satisfactory after sales services and leaving the consumers in vain and put the consumers to feel distress and helpless after purchasing the products. I have also gone through the same experience for which I eagerly look forward for an intervention from your good office to redress my complaint at the earliest . I bought a smart mobile phone MI4i launched by Xiaomi India in Oct 2015.The phone worked properly for eight months and developed a small problem related to charging of the battery.

I went to its service center at Lucknow and got an assurance of its service with in 12 working days on 16/06/2016 with Job card no – J S 16061600732 .It was also confirmed by their e mail sent in response of my mail to customer care. I went to their service center on 28/06/16 and the position of my mobile was the same -unserviced and was asked to see after 3 days and thereafter this scenario continued for approximately 1 month. I visited their office so many times but every time I had to return home empty handed. Again I wrote to customer care,Xiaomi India and also Lodged a complaint to National Consumer Helpline(Jago Grahak Jago) stating all the details and was given complaint Reg.No-710311 dated 23/07/2016 but nothing has been done in this regard. Till date I have been running regularly to their office but my cell phone is under repair and no one is telling me the fate of complaint done by me. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and tighten them so they can not cheat the customers in future. Looking forward for your intervention.
