i have booked one consignment H24253043 from dtdc kanajiguda branch on 30.12.2013 from hyderabad to dewas.I was given one acknowledgement slip by the centre person to track the product status during the delivery.I tracked the product continuously from 30 December onwards till 1 January till which it displayed the status,but after that till today 18 jan it is not showing any further update already it has been 20 days.the centre person told me that my product will b delivered within 3 to 4 days but now its 20 days but still its not delivered and dtdc person is telling me it will take some more time. i tried to contact the dtdc kanajiguda person he told me first that it has reached the indoor office and it will b delivered to the address till 8 evening but later on he said that there is a problem with the address so its lying somewhere in the mumbai office then he transferred to Mr. srinivas of trimulgherry branch stating some nonsense reason that kanajiguda is just a pick up branch he can’t help me further Mr. Srinivas is the authorized person he only can help me.So i contacted him from 9 onwards i talked with him about 3 4 times initially he said that he will update me with the status in some time but later he told that it will take some time but he also was unable to tell me the exact time then mr. nagesh talked with me regarding the matter about 2 3 days back but even he is unable to tell me the exact time.I am really fed up with ALL this pls help me and take the necessary action

I want my product to be delivered to the address or else I should be given my product back.
