DTDC Worst Courier – No Delivery, No Info

Dear Sir, In continuation of my earlier complaint (129535.3.2015 dt: 03/01/2015) regarding non delivery of my consignment booked in the DTDC office Pondicherry to Indore , now I am booking another complaint that my consignment has been belatedly delivered in damaged condition to my client due to mishandling of the consignment by the said company.( Mail of client enclosed and photos) The careless action of the company for the belatedly delivery of the consignment in a damaged condition has caused to me a financial loss to the tune of Rs85,000 besides damage to my reputation in the business ethics due to late delivery. In spite of my making complaints to the above company regarding this matter, no action has been taken so far and not even sent a reply of regret. I therefore request to you to take suitable action to make good the losses of the cost of damaged items along with the refund of Rs3000 of the booking charges , since the company miserably failed to deliver consignment in time.
