E-bay Seller refuse to replace product

I purchased a case for my Kindle Fire online though e-bay (Item number: 111440797713, Seller ID: cart2india_inv) and paid money in advance vide PaisaPay ID 37421199553. On receipt of this item I found it was unsuitable as such I wanted to return and raised a claim vide ID 661833 . The concerned opened the claim on 23-09-2014 and rejected my claim stating the thee is no refund guarantee for the item though in bold letters it was mentioned “Replacement and refund for this product is covered by ebay guarantee”, which when brought to their knowledge, I got a call stating that they would issue coupons so that I can buy some other product. Till date I neither got the coupons nor did I receive any mail about how should I get back my money in spite of reminders.

Either they should refund the amount paid in full by taking back the product at their cost as is the practice or they should replace it with the suitable size one for which I am ready to pay extra amount if any.
