Hi There, My name is Suraj. I am a Vodafone customer since 7 years, but recently had migrated to postpaid, I had requested to activate 2g 2GB Data for my connection. After getting the confirmation I started using the data and not even exceeded 1.5 gb(2 gb was provided).. But at the end of the month, I got a shocking Bill of 3700 rs!!!!!!! when asked for the same they have to say that 2g data is not activated and forcing me to pay the bill. The tax itself is 480+ rs and also charged 99+79 a total of 180 rs for a download which I have never made..Now my outgoing has been banned.. and they are expecting me to pay the bill of 3800 Rs!!! Please help me… my mobile no 9742920xxx
