Two ALLADIN E TOkens were purchased but the administrative passwords were not supplied. None attend the toll free numbers as well as the HQ Office numbers of the N Code Solutions, i.e. 079 4000 7561 and 079 4000 7564. Those who attended the telephones, were not replied but just took the telephone receivers but not converse

At least some replied as to how to get the administrative passwords.
