Hi There is a departmental store near my place-Parrot Supermarket, seethammadhara location(Vizag). on 11th of December I made a purchase of Harmony (Fortified atta 5KG). After a couple of days, incise the packet I see there are insects and dust webs in side the packet. I went to complain the store about it and they provided me no help. I raise a complaint against Harmony Atta and the Parrot Departmental store with this regards. Please take strict action

I want to sue the departmental store for providing no help and Harmony (fortified atta) brand for low graded, insect filled attat.
