I had booked a ticket form Hyderabad to Guwahati in flight no SG 871, journey date : 17 dec 14. Initially spice jet had delayed the flight twice and later on cancelled it without providing any alternate flight arrangements. I am a central GOVT employee and serving in north east.It has caused great inconvenience to me as i didn’t get reservation upto guwahati from other airlines and connectivity to north east is a big problem. my 3 days of leave is going waste as I am forced to travel by train. All planning of my travel has gone waste causing disturbance to my family members

The company to be banned from operating its flights. All licences to be cancelled. I am central govt employee and serving in north east. FIRST OF all connectivity is a big problem in north east and due to sudden and improper change in travel plan has affected me and my office staff as one of my colleague was supposed to proceed on leave as soon as I join the office but now he has postponed his leave as i am reporting 3 days late . His all bookings had been cancelled due to me . I want full refund of the amount and compensation as i am spending 3 days in travelling by train.
