EasyDay Retail Charging More than MRP

I made a shopping of Rs 2573 at Easy Day, Plot 43 A, Ground Floor, Sector-5, Rajender Nagar, Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh on 26th March 2015. Easy Day is run by Bharti Retail Limited which have its Registered Office Address as follow: Bharti Crescent, 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, Phase-2, New Delhi-110070. From out of 36 items purchased, I purchased the following 4 items in them. 1-Maggi 2 Minute Noodles which has its price printed on it as Rs 60. But I was billed for Rs 65. 2-Dettol Original Soap which has its price printed as Rs 70 but I was billed for Rs 73. 3-Homelites 5F 40 stic which has its price printed on it as Rs 10. But I was billed for Rs 10.80. 4-Dettol Liquid Handwash whose price printed on it is Rs 38 but I was billed for Rs 39. The invoice No. is 1182002027752 Transaction No is 27752 Store No. is 1182 Date is 26th March 2015, time 19:43 hrs. I checked the bag at home after purchase and matched with items this time. To my utter dismay and shock, I found corporates like Bharti Retail Limited are indulging in exploiting the customers.

Customers generally do not match the items with bill and probably Bharti Retail Limited knows this. This tendency of the customers is used against them only in looting themselves. I am the only customer for the current bill, but God knows how many more customers might have been cheated and looted for days to the extent of Crores of Rupees across the country. I hereby am ariting for justice to the customers like me who have found the trust exploited. Also, the concerned company must be penalized enough to see the penalty as a deterrent against future misadventure in looting and exploiting the customers. Customers rely on such big corporates but if that is how they get cheated then who will look after these gullible customers. I strongly appeal to let them get penalized through this else, I will make it on social media and may knock the doors of higher court. I have all the proof required with me along the concerned goods lying unused. I have been a regular customer of the concerned store and I am sure they definitely would have swindled some difference from me. Although the loss to me is of around Rs Rs 8.80. However, this is not eh case of loss, it is a matter of customer duping and exploitation.

I want a heavy sum from them against such misadventures whether technical or by coincidence. It took my time, psychological stress. The relief shall be used to help the needy school children I am concerned with.
