I purchased Puma Women Black Axis XT II Sports Shoes , size uk 6, vide order number Order ID: 76809047 on 14 march 2015 through its online portal , delivered on 17 march 2015 . but to my shock and despair the size was fraudulent and the piece was damaged . i immediately reported the matter to the concerned employees of myntra.com , who advised me to give a request for return of goods which i duly did , but, again their intentions were to befool me and to linger on the matter forced me to accept that the goods have been used and to send pictures of the same. i did so my emailing the returns department but to no avail.\ finally they replied me that your product cannot tbe returned by giving false claims that the product is used one.

the whole rupees 1660 plus medical charges of 2000 plus mental agony and other costs are 5000 rupees , so the total compensation demanded is 8660 rupees only. the should take back their defective products immediately and give my hard earned money back alongwith compensation.
