Flipkart Did Not Ship Charging Case with Mobile

I have purchase Lenovo vibe x2 on 3rd march where i have clearly read that with that charging case is free of cost but i don’t get with it. I escalated issue to customer care end on 26th March but till now i don’t get any satisfactory reply. Now today i called at customer care where agent vinod and dev handled my call and said i am not eligible for case cover offer. I have the screenshot of that day also. This is really very casual behaviour from flipkart team which i haven’t expect. Your team has 2 days from now to resolve my query otherwise i will definitely go to consumer court with all the proofs i have.
