I send one courier using first flight from on 24th March from Gurgaon to New Delhi. Till date my courier not yet delivered on the address. When I check my status on online & SMS no information found of my courier. Customer Care told me courier in Mahipalpur branch but not confirmed when they will deliver. For this couried that charged Rs30 in local delivery from Gurgaon to Delhi. Courier Receit No:0991B1270827

I want my courier will be delivered on the address as soon as possible. Fisrt Flight services vary pathetic & poor. Customer Care response also very poor.
