I visited Lal path lab, sector 14, Gurgaon on 3rd March to conduct test regarding platelet count for my 10 month Old Son. On same day, i got report during the evening. Result in this report was showing as 29.0 thou/mm3 where normal range is 200.0 to 550.0. I got shock looking at report result. I rushed to doctor again with report result. Doctor was also confused looking at report result. He wrote new 6 more blood a test out of which 1 was repeated test. I visited lab again next day, which is 4th March to have 6 test conducted on my son. My son was already in state of shock as it is not easy to find blood vessel of such small child. Lab attend took blood sample for new test. I paid money again for 6 tests for which i am having cash receipt. Same day evening, i got report during the evening. This time i got platelet count as 472 which was in range. Here i am attaching both report for reference. I can provide more proofs like cash receipt & doctor prescription.

I am looking for apology letter with compensation of 50000 Rs.
