Idea claim that last month I made calls to this number 055315 for a period of 23 mins and 25 mins. They say that this is an application number and is chargeable at 9 rs per minute. The Bill for last month is 800 Rs. 500 Rs is for the calls that they claim I made to this number. I never called this number. I do not make such long calls. They have been harassing me for last 15 days. I have followed up with them and they say that as per their records calls have been made and I need to pay.

This has been very taxing for me. I have made innumerous calls and dropped a lot of emails. They just keep saying that I will need to pay the bill else my services will be disconnected. I drove down to thier idea service center and they were also not able to help me with this. I have been facing agony and pain and stress over the last 20 days ever since I noticed myself charged wrongly.
I want you to reprimand these guys. Make them understand that they cannot do whatever they wish to. If possible, I would need a monetary compensation as well.
