I have purchased a studio apartment no. 206 in Supertech’s project Sucrets-1, CZAR Suites at OMICRON Greater Noida in 2011. 2. Builder is extending possession date 4th time now. From the committed time given at the time of apartment booking.where they have given explanation to provide compensation @ 5Rs. per sq.foot per month which is very less as compare to the penalty due to the late payment of any installment of the apartment from my side (however it is not happened, mentioned only for an example) 3.As per MOU signed with Builder, i will received the 12% annual assured return on investment till passion which will be after 30 months of signing date of MOU. But company stopped giving the return after 30 months and extended the passion date which is not given till now April 5, 2015 > When i said to company that i will go to court then they have given me only one month return then again stopped 4. I have chosen the corner side apartment in tower but company has joined two tower of the scheme without any information. Where the location of my apartment is changed and till now apartment no and location is not cleared by the builder. 5. I am totally mentally harassed by this people for last one and half year. Builder is not responding on this matter after so many mails & written reminder.
1)there is total Loss of Return on investment till april 2015: 188800 Rs. 2)Total Expenditure on travelling to company address at noida from ahmedabad(i am working in ahmedabad) for issue: 26000/- for 5 trip 3) Paying bank Loan( taken for this) interest to corporation bank around : 148000/- for financial year 2014-15 4) mental haressment by Company staff on every visit specially Mr. Guneet singh Sodi and Mr. Khera (sales Director) 5) My 4 friends are also effected for the same reason
1) I want loss of return on investement till possession as decleared in wriiten by builder. 2) All My trevelling expenditure and compensation for loss of job and mental harassment. 3) Possession of my apartment of which was promised to be given in December 2012 not done.
