The Easyday store at Celebration Mall Udaipur has not been stocking precooked frozen chicken tikka of Yummies brand(Godrej) for quite some time. I had entered a complaint on this issue on a nondescript notebook available at the store. There has been no response from the store. In fact, they have lost the notebook where the complaint had been entered. I am surprised that at Easyday, there is no formal system of registering complaints from customers. They don’t even have a website yet!! Wonder, when India will actually change!!
