Myself Mr Deepak Ramchandra Deshpande is an agent for Kotak Life Insurance company branch at Sourabh Hall, DholePatil Road, Pune 411001, since 20/08/2009. I have done business as per the requirement. My license renewed on 11/9/2012 for next 3 years i.e. upto 8/9/2015. My all the policies are alive at the movement. However the Kotak Life Insurance company is not paying the commission. Last three years the company has not paid me any amount of commission inspite of all the policies are alive. I have orally inquired about the same with company several time but no one entertain me & satisfy the problem. Hence I have made a written complaint the company for the same on 17/3/215.after the written complaint company has credited some amount of comission (as per their SMS dtd 23/03/2015, for period cycle 01/03/2015 to 15/03/2015) to my account however no details are given for the same. Inspite of giving me the details the branch is sending me SMS for the copy of renewed licenses. I would like to know when I have given all my details in the complaint how branch could ask me for detals again? surprised for the service.

Company doesn’t have details of the Agents? then what is the point in troubling the Agents? I have met the branch Manager several times however he is not attending to my complaints. I would request to get my detailed statement for commission for last three years.
