I purchased Sony wireless adapter UWA-BR100 online from eBay.com on 12th July 2013. The product me with the Manufacturer warranty. When I received the product, it was defective and was not working. I took the product to Sony Service center, they also confirmed that the product was defective. I provided the invoice of the product, but they said that since I have purchased the product online, Sony will not be liable to address any complaints. When I spoke to the buyer, he said that the Manufacturer should honour the responsibility of replacing the product. Sony India says that if I produce the warranty card, they can do something. But the seller said that invoice is the only things that he can give. Now after spending money, I get the defective product. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer is taking the responsibility. Please guide me as to what can I do to get a working product.
