my brother purchased Karbonn mobile A18 on 4 nov. 2012. after that he have submitted my mobile 5-6 times at service centre for repairing in which i get mobile after 1 month and last he submitted my mobile at service centre on 31st Oct. 2013, till now he didn’t get his mobile. he is really frustrated from service of brand.
due to this kind of service he lost his 5 days of salary and really so disturb.
he want his full money refund.
