The claim number for reference is 2083153 I paid for a new mobile phone Intex Cloud Force on 02.06.2016 and was provided a used and broken seal phone which was not properly working. The same was immediately reported to ebay customer care and on their behest, I had shipped back the product which was not as described for refund purposes. I have not yet been refunded my hard earned money after more than 3 months after repeated reminders to the concerned and the claim is still unresolved.

I am a entry level computer operator and a mobile phone is essential for me as I am working in a hospital emergency setting. Due to my predicament, I have suffered mentally as well as financially for no fault of mine. I had returned the product in question promptly.
