You broadband Connectivity Issues Unresolved

I am an existing customer of You Broadband with user id 1249399. My Internet has not been working for the past 5 days,the first complaint being lodged on 5th August. Since then I have been keeping on calling the customer care of You Broadband but there had been no improvement of the situation. I even directly called their Customer Relationship Manager,yet no result. All they say is your request is forwarded. Sometimes they say the concerned person has gone away, etc etc.

I have been stuck due to medical condition and I have to do my work online which I am unable to do because of the irresponsibility and carelessness of the concerned service. The damage isn’t quantitative but qualitative. I am disgusted and fed up with their behavior.
I want immediate refund of my remaining account balance, including the 5 days of non service, Compensation for my harassment, and immediate disconnection and refund for the modem.
