Samsung Galaxy Note 5 – No Customer Service

After seeing the advertisement of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 in Page No. 21 of Economics Times dated 23.09.2015, I booked a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 64 GB Black with the dealer Hallmark, 1-A, Krishna Nagar, Mathura depositing Rs. 2000/- booking amount. In the attached advertisement the company had mentioned that one time replacement of screen and wireless charger is @ Rs. 999/- if booking was done before 30.09.2015. The above named dealer couldn’t provide me Samsung Galaxy Note 5 64 GB Black till 10.11.2015, then the dealer told me that only golden colour Galaxy Note 5 64 GB was available with the company and he had asked me to purchase Galaxy Note 5 32 GB Black. I agreed and purchased the same. The dealer registered my phone for one time replacement of screen and wireless charge at the time of purchase itself on the website of the company. After various reminders for wireless charger to the dealer, I have received one mail on 02.01.2016 from logistics@savex.in, which is reproduced as under: ?Dear Sir / Madam, This is with regards to your online order thru Samsung Mobile for Wireless Charger (S6/edge/edge+/Note5). We have dispatched your shipment through Fedex Express but they are unable to deliver as the status on website shows ‘Consignee’s Address Incorrect’. Please provide your complete address with a major landmark and appropriate pin code and kindly confirm the alternate cell numbers to contact you, as the given cell number.9837059648. I have replied the mail on the same day providing my complete postal address to him, but is unfortunate to say that after expiry of seven months from January 2016, I have not received the wireless charger from the company. Now second issue is that my aforementioned phone was slipped from my hand on 17.06.2016 and its display was damaged. When I contact the above named dealer and the service center of the company at Mathura for free replacement of screen, they said that the company was not replacing the screen of the phone free of cost and now I had to pay the charge for the same.

I have sent various mails to the various persons of the company, but no result has been come out. Every day one or two phone calls were coming to convince me that the scheme had not been activated in my case. I would like to ask if I was not eligible for the scheme why the company had sent me mail dated 02.01.2016 for sending wireless charger? Officials of the company are harassing me mentally. I had received my mobile set after repairing and I have already paid an amount of Rs. 15437/- for the cost of repairing. The copy of bill of repairing is attached herewith. Now I request you to please instruct the company to reimburse cost of replacement of screen and provide the wireless charger as at earliest. Thanks
