Ebay – Half Product received no positive response

PayPaisa ID-37671052352 date of Purchase-20-Oct-14 Item-Philips GC1905 Iron Box Qty 2 When i received there was only one product instead of 2. I informed Ebay, they asked me to check with the seller.For 1 week i followed up with seller but they didn’t give any positive response. After that i called Ebay customer on 07/Nov.They registered the complaint and no is 1-382336848766 and they told it wil get resolved in 24-48hrs. But nothing happened. Again i called on 11/Nov and 12/Nov. So they told that the amount will get refunded to my account with in 5 days. Again i called on 20/Nov and complaint no is 1-38942768544 mentioning that they will close the query with in 72hrs. Once again I called on 25/Nov and the complaint no is 1-39200500082. Now they told they will refund my money. Finally I called on 02/Dec. Now the customer care guy named Sikhandhar told that they are not responsible for the non delivery of the product, if I want my product or money I need to contact the seller and he clearly told that Ebay is not responsible for this. Post this, I called the seller on 02/Dec, she told that she will check and come back. After some time she told that they will courier the product by next day. But nothing happened. On 03/Dec I raised a complaint in Ebay’s Facebook page, so they asked me to raise this query in the below given link ” Please visit the link https://www.facebook.com/ebaydotin/app_142792929261005 for quick resolution of your query. Thank you.” They replied saying they have noted this and will come back with quick resolution. But even after 2-3 follow ups I didn’t receive any response.
