I have ordered a HTC ONE E8 Mobile from snapdeal with Order Number 3905513120. This was ordered on 10th Dec 2014.I waited till 15th Dec,but the product was not shipped.So I called them and cancelled the order.They said the order will be cancelled and refund process will be initiated.But till now i didn’t get any confirmation on cancellation and refund is not initiated. Today it is 19 december,Still they don’t have any update regarding this.

I need my money back very fast. I need a compensation for the wastage of time
