Ordered an item on 5.12.13 and it was shipped on time but was not delivered. complained thrice and there were was just generic response that the matter would be solved. Its been over a month and now,when I check the status, it has been marked delivered and positive review added automatically. And they even deleted my purchase history! And my complaint copies are destroyed too! Its just a 100 rupees item but the way they behave is just hilarious! Attached is a screenshot of the item which still in transit. How could they just delete the proof of purchases and other essential proofs? Where is user privacy involved? So they could also easily cheat on credit cards?

I want the money to me refunded to my bank immediately. I’m not interested in talking with any customer reps!
