Indiatimes Online Shopping – Payment deducted but item not delivered

Hi Team, I ordered item B2367588 – Philips Induction Cooktop -HD4941 from Indiatimes shopping website on 28th Dec,2013 through online. The payment got deducted instantly and i got confirmation saying that delivery will be done with in 8-10 working days. But after 3 days, i received a call from Indiatimes saying that the item cannot be delivered because the product was wrongly updated on website.Due to this they themselves had cancelled my order whereas i insisted them to provide the item as per the rules & regulations. I was not asked about my opinion about cancellation, they cancelled it and said the payment will be refunded. On further contacting the website, they said they cannot do any thing and only payment will be refunded. On asking that how come this big mistake happened from them, they had no answer, only apologies. This website is fooling people by making false promises. This item i ordered for gifting my friend on new year occasion. and just imagine that they deduct the money within minutes and took 10 days to refund. This is not professional at all.

I want the website to deliver the same product with same price. in a situation where they are unable to deliver it, i want compensation.
