Sir, I have booked a holiday package from Make my trip for my honeymoon to Kerala.Booking ID:IN1309B9S84327. I have made all the payments before time. and I got the confirmation Vouchers for the hotels. When i reached to Munnar at Hotel Westwood riverside in which My stay for 2 nights in Room category:Honeymoon Deluxe with Dinner and other complimentary things. But when produced the confirmation voucher to hotel reception, they told me that You room booked is only deluxe. We don’t have any honeymoon deluxe room booking for you as per our records with make my trip. I requested them to check again but they said that we have only deluxe room confirmation for you. I called make my trip care no. and asked them about this issue. But there was no response.I called Mrs. Meenakshi, who has booked my package.and asked her about the issue. she said the i will call back you in 5 minutes , but there was no responce from all MMT for 3 hours. I had to wait at reception for 3 hours with my wife. At last i asked hotel staff to give deluxe room only, As i was not having any option. I informed MMT about the same on mail. But they didn’t get back. Since than i am continuously following up for the refund for those two nights for which i had to suffer even i paid and made booking in 3 months advance. But there is no response. they are not ready to accept there fault and refund the money. there was no fault from my side. they given me FALSE confirmation voucher for that hotel. and cheated me. I had to suffer due to them.So i want refund and compensation for insult, mental and personal damage.

I want Full refund with interest for those 2 nights stay in Munnar. And Compensation for my personal, mental and social damage. there was no fault from my side. I am attaching all mails communication. I have many mails to attached but there is no option to attach them all together.
