have purchased one mobile through online store i.e ebay on 18.3.2013 whose cost is rs.9999/-. and i recieved it on 22.3.2013.
but when i turned on the mobile there is no display coming out.so i talked to the dealer and told him the problem with the mobile i was facing, hsoe told me to return it to me for replacement. so i couriered my mobile phone through dtdc courier service from jaithari to chennai on 23.3.2013. but in transit it was theft/lost in nagpur and when i talk to dtdc chennai they said we have received empty box weighs just 100 gms around and upto nagpur its weighs around 500 gms. after so many communication with dtdc representatives nobody is willing to utter a single word.i talked to almost every staff of dtdc who is down the line. and its been around 5 months and till date i am not able to find it out.

i asked dtdc to atleast refund me the amount of my cell phone if not full then atleast 80% of that. i request them to atleast return me rs8000 /-
