Honda Motors – Complaint against Newly purchased bike

I have purchased new Honda Shine bike on dtd. 25-06-2013 from Universal Honda, khanpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My Bike registration number is “GJ 01 PN 8579”. I found some problems in it. Many time bike Race go down automatically and get stopped. While driving bike (in any gear) get jerk sometimes which make me uncomfortable to drive. When we start bike first time in a day it needs Chawk but in my Bike we keep it rest for 3 or 4 hour it always needs Chawk. Many time in running position it get stopped on the road which makes us very dangerous situation among the speedy vehicles. I am very dissatisfied to get know various (several) problems in this Newly Purchased Bike. Company shows that Honda Shine gives Average 65km/per liter. But mine is giving me only 50km/per liter. I sent first mail to Honda on 22-07-2013 for solving my problems. I get first service of Bike on 25-07-2013 (Bike ran only 350km). After servicing bike above problems still in my Bike. We visited service center many times but they cannot detect problems. On another hand I check my bike to other Foremen (Outsides) they drove bike and said bike has a problems you. I this is defective products which has been sold to me but company is not ready to replace it. Only 1month has been completed from purchasing date.

I request you to help me in this matter and get refund my total amount of bike (Rs. 60,800/-) or replace new product.
