i had purchased a power bank from ebay.com of Rs 250. Now it got received on the time but it not making charged mobile more than 15 minutes and getting emptited.so i was not satisfied as not working properly. i had putted complaint on ebay@ebay.com and described all however i just received a two short waiting call and it closed with remark you are not providing details and contact with vendor.claim id of ebay :445064

there is no physical damage or anything it is not working just it is not making mobile charged more than 15 minute dispite of making power bank fully charged
