I am student from middle class family studying in France(I have taken a educational loan since my parents can not afford this expense, also France living and other things are very expensive and we can not afford this and hence to reduce living and other cost my parents sent me the courier also it is not possible to take everything in flight because they have certain limit on luggage) My parents sent me courier (DTDC Receipt No/Awb#7268974(N94878230)) costing almost INR 25000(Courier Delivery Charges) on 26th October 2013. With costly clothes and apparels.Each and every Item was checked while sending with DTDC official in front of my parents and then boxes were packed.

Initially I thought DTDC will process my request and try to find missing clothes or at least give me compensation. But I am following up with them for more than 5 months but there is no response. This is mentally and morally frustrating me. I request consumer court to help me with my claim with compensation of missing clothes INR 14000, and DTDC courier charges INR 25000 as well since there courier was not delivered properly. Attaching the email Chain for this followup with DTDC in happening in last 5 months.
