Videocon D2H – Not solving of complaints repeatedly

The brand started to change some of its features a week back. Due to this, there were problems with a number of challenges not being telecaster even while the payment for them is cut from our account. I tried reaching the customer care a number of times but for no material disposal of our problem. Every time they gave the same solution to turn to channel 100 or the customer care person would come to solve it, but nothing happened. And finally today, when I inquired the complaint has also been deleted.

Either they resolve the problem or take back their product, settling the account then and there.
