my order no with shopclues is 10980313 placed on sat 8 feb 2014.I had ordered 2 pieces of mop on cod mode but I receieved only 1 piece in minor damaged state.I had told shopclues about this by mentioning that damage is minor so we will keep the product but I want 2nd piece of mop for which I had paid.I had mailed and called many times to shopclues but they didn’t respond to mail. about 25 days ago a call has been came from shopclues asking that wheather I want refund or replacement of product .I replied that I want new piece. From then they are not updating any detail about the order after many calls and mails navneet
