on 18 july 2014 i was book a order of TV model No. Micromax 32B200HD on Ebay.com. 19 July i was received a mail with below text. “Seller has refunded you for PaisaPay Id 36831597629. Dear ashissss, The seller is unable to ship eBay Item “Micromax 32 inches LED TV” (0) by 28-Jul-14 and has initiated a refund for it on 19-Jul-14 with a message to you: no. Track your PaisaPay activity The refund will be processed in 2-3 working days. You should be able to view the refund amount of Rs. 14,450.00 and the EMI processing fees in your credit card statement / account once the refund is processed. ” Ebay cancelled my order without taking my concern about delivery. on contacting with customer care same message is repeated as the written in the mail.it is totally fraud with users done from ebay team.
