I had a courier to be delivered by DTDC at my office address, TESCO HSC 81 & 82, EPIP Area,Whitefield Bangalore 560066. The courier company did not deliver the shipment at this address. On contacting them and asking what is the address they are trying to deliver, they say they do not have a record for this which is highly annoying. They did not even give a call before attempting to deliver the shipment.

The economic damage is around 550 rs. But more than that its the mental irritation about not keeping their records updated and providing a very poor service is what is bothering.
