Ebay – Product in damaged condition no response

Hi, I called customer care so many times but did not get my problem resolved. I raised a complain for a product(two cap) sent to me in damaged condition, but it is been rejected. I think ebay is not reading my mail properly.I agree that the product is matching with the description, but i can accept the product in damaged condition. Please have a look into the photo of the product i uploaded. The threads are coming out from the cap, its not stitched properly and its not in a condition to use. Request you to return my money as soon as possible. I have called customer care more than 6 times and sent mail two time regarding this.
