I bought a houseful eon shoe cabinet online from pepperfry.com on 18/08/2014 vide order no 300492872 and payment was made of Rs.2254.00 through net banking of SBI instantly. And also received the order confirmation mail from their end. The product was supposed to be dispatched by 06/09/14. But till date I have not received the product. When contacted to their customer care service, the personnel always misguided me by saying ‘it will reach by two days’. But the product has not reached and even none could provide the shipment details. Though they made the formality by lodging a complaint, but no response from that respect, too. Even I told them if any there is an issue in delivey, they may return my amount, but they didn’t. Now not even answering my email correspondences.

I want the product to be delivered immediately or the cash back with interest and the cost of my repeated long duration std calls.
