Big Bazar – Not accepting complain of product sold

Complain against Big Bazaar, Sahara Ganj, Hazratganj, Lucknow I bought an Goodnight Advance Machine+Refill (Combo) From Big Bazaar on 12th sep 2014 through Invoice No. 0030668. On 14th Sep 2014 the same was started using. On 19th Sep 2014 morning when I switched off the machine which I used to do daily in the morning, I realized that the refill is almost empty and 90% of the liquid has been evaporated only in 5 days. I am using this product since 4 years and the refill lasts for at least 30 -45 days under any circumstances, even if it is used in active + mode every day. It is impossible to evaporate 90% of the liquid in just 5 days unless otherwise there is a fault/defect in the product. To address this issue I called on the customer care no. mentioned on the product on 20th Sep 2014, but didn’t have any response from there. Since the product was purchased from Big Bazaar so I called your Lucknow store’s no. 05223091317 mentioned on your bill and explained the problem faced by me for a product which was sold to me by Big Bazaar. The lady on the other hand very politely told me to bring the defective product along with its original Invoice to their customer care helpdesk available inside the store and they will be glad to help me on the issue faced my me. So I took the product to your helpdesk the same day i.e. 20th sep 2014 at around 7:30 P.M. and explained the problem faced by me and requested to kindly take up my issue with your supplier as manufacturer is not reachable through the customer care no. provided by them on the pack. Initially your customer care employee refused to accept the complain which I was telling and tried to convince me that I have used the machine continuously in active mode for the reason the refill has become empty. When I told him that I know about active mode and I am using this product since more than 4 years and never faced such issues finally he agreed to escalate this issue to his senior. After his escalation some other employee came to me and asked again about the issue, so again I have to explain him the issue to him, he also told that you have used the machine in active mode for the reason the refill is empty so fast. When I insisted that I know the proper usage of the product which I have bought and it was not misused he asked to me give a written complain on the “share with us book” available at the customer care helpdesk. When he asked for the “share with us book” the person at the counter refused to give the book telling that such issue can’t be logged in this book. When your employee repeatedly asked for the “share with us book”, the person on the helpdesk called Mr. Virender Yadav. Mr. Virender Yadav again asked me about the issue and again I have to repeat everything which I have already done 3 times. After listening to my issue instead of providing any solution Mr. Yadav told me that I have misused the product for the reason I am facing such issue. When I insisted that I am very much aware about
