I have ordered a product MOFI LEATHER FLIP COVER CASE having Paisapay id 37979228856 on Nov. 30, 2014. My registered contact number with the ebay portal is 8989003477. I have not recieved the product nor my money refunded. Everytime I call eBAy they make me wait for long and never give me any satisfactory answer. Even the required time of 20 days to process the claim has elapsed and when i call eBay they say me to wait or they promise me to provide some solution within 48 hours but in vain. All I am doing is waiting for there solution, which I am sure is not going to come.

I want my money back with adequate actions taken against eBay so that they don’t harass customers in future.
