Oct 5 2014, I had paid online Rs 549 to merchant for subscription of Magic Pot magazine (52 weeks delivery). Till Dec 5 2014, no deliveries or any communication when I contacted merchant, he mentioned it will be done soon. I had given 15 days of time to resolve it since Dec 5 and now its nearing 3 months nothing has recieved

My kids education and upbringing is getting for toss due to this delay,
