sir i had bayed day time running lights of my car hyundai verna on 07-04-2014 sir as i had received the product with damaged state and i registered a complaint regarding this issue and filed a complaint with the above no: claim id: 466470 paisapay id: 36104296902 item number: 271440522270 sir i had received the payment of the product and ebay guaranteed me the reshipment charges of 500 rs in the form of coupon code which will be send to by email. sir from April 2014 i had called eBay toll free no send them many many mails and i asked them many times about 40 times till date i had called them and they send me the coupon on July 28th 2014. in the email they stated me that this coupon is valid till 15th September 2014. sir i had tried to buy on ebay using this coupon then it stated that it is expired. sir ebay is cheating customers in this way sir before the expiration dated i tried to buy a product it is saying that it is expired sir, i really got headache after calling them many times why should ebay cheat customers in this way.

sir i request you to give my money back of 500rs. and if possible let them pay fine regarding this issue. and not to repeat this type of things to any customer.
