I am using idea post paid number 9745927xxx for few years now. I was using Classy 1299 plan in which Data package of 5 Gb is free. I changed the plan to some other plan and again changed back to Classy 1299 plan. But they are charging for data in my new bill, saying that the GPRS is not activated in my connection which was active for months now. My new bill is Rs 5753 in which Rs 3300 is only for data. The plan contain 5 gb data free, which they never considered. Please teach them a lesson so that they wont cheat customers again.

I want to make the data usage come under the free package, and make my bill based on the actual usage.
