while purchasing from ebay two items i was confirmed that these items will be shipped to your home place and made my payment and Redeemed my discount coupons and i got confirmation mails for successful transactions. now i was waiting for the items and after few days one of the seller sends me mail that he can not deliver this item. and after few more days another seller also sends me the same that he too can not deliver the item. now i want stern action against them and want my money back along with the coupon value and penalty of 50000 rs

full refund along with the value of coupons redeemed plus penalty of 50000.and the items too
