I bought protoner weight lifting olympic plates 30 kg & 7 ft olympic bar on 05/07/2016 through EBAY. when I received my product I find the plates hole and rod thickness are not compatible. So I request sports hub regarding this and they told me they will replace it. But after that I repeatedly request them but they didn’t even response. So after that I raised this complain to E Bay. They talked with me and assure me they will resolve this problem. After few days EBay called me and told me Gati courier will come and pick up my wrong plates. As discussed with them Gati courier came on 28/07/2016 and took that wrong plates. But after that neither sports hub nor Ebay take the responsibility to return my plates back. The cost of this 30 kg plates is Rs. 1400.
