Kotak Mahindra Bank – Wrong Amount Deduction

I have been debited regularly up to seven times with an amount unnecessarily without any information. I called to customer care to ask about the issue, they told that the amount is debited as other bank withdrawal charges in the month of May for more than 5 times. But in the month of may I only had six times of withdrawal in other banks, so they have to debit for only one month. They looked upon the issue and agreed for reversal. But when I called to customer care today there answer is very unresponsive. They are not saying when the amount will be reversed. In the mean time I have been debited regularly (yesterday too). I don’t know what to do. It is like stealing my money from my pocket and I am begging them for the reversal. Still the response is very worst. I also attached the statement excel file and mentioned and highlighted everything clearly. Please help.

Because of this debit I can’t able to work peacefully. I am really disturbed. Also when in the need of paying the bill I left with empty handed. I don’t know how much to ask as a relief amount but I just want to donate everything to the Military people which I am getting in terms of relief + I just want my amount debited to be reversed in my account and don’t want anything like this to be happened anymore.
