HealthGenie Sold Defective Product on Paytm

I had purchased ‘Healthgenie Digital Blood Pressure Monitor’ from online website paytm.com in December’15 (Paytm Order ID: 1380465567). As per warranty policy of Healthgenie, the item is still under warranty. Recently, I had observed that the item is defective and is not showing BP Readings correctly.

I had registered the complaint to healthgenie helpline (011-48323232) & mailed to warranty@healthgenie.in As per their request, I even e-mailed the video of defective product on 28th Jul-16. On 29th Jul, healthgenie representative (Mr. Ritesh, 011-46434444) informed me to send the defective product back to their company. He assured that the new item will be sent back to me within couple of days. I already sent the defective product to their address (Healthgenie, 416, Udyog vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon, Haryana, Pin code- 122015) through DTDC courier (consignment no. V29946728) and it was delivered to healthgenie on 30th Jul-16. I had even done the reverse courier payment to Healthgenie (Transaction ID: 1380465567, dated 6th August 2016), so that they can dispatch the new item to me as soon as possible. Sir, I followed all the steps/ instructions as suggested by Healthgenie team and I am regularly following up/ requesting them for the new item. But I am being treated unprofessionally and no item is still dispatched to me. I am very disappointed of this issue now. There is an urgent need of “BP Monitor” at my house due to medical reasons and I even informed this to Heathgenie team. Still, they are not giving proper response. I request you to take strict action against them. I also request you to assist me in getting compensation for all this harassment done to me.

I sent the defective product to Healthgenie as suggested by their team. I have not still receive the New product in replacement. There is an urgent need of Blood Pressure Monitor at my home due to medical reasons. I even informed this to their technical team. Still, no resolution being provided. I am a BP patient and still they are harassing me.

I want penalty on Healthgenie. I request you the compensation of Rs. 15000 (including product cost, courier charges, mental harassment, medical cost which I had to bear in absence of BP Monitor).
