Respected sir I purchased a WESPRO co.’s tablet by E BAY NET SHOPPING having 7″ capacitive MC715 for Rs 3999/- on 10-05-2014 bearing invoice number 212,supplier’s ref 36325039068 dispatch document number fedex:798805271125..but just after 15 days of its purchase .it became out of order……because there were some defects: 1, it was switched off 2. charging port is loose 3. speaker sound is very low By the help of E BAY’s recommendation,the company WESPRO repaired it..and sent it back to me on 29-10-2014 but its screen mirror or touch screen is broken because of negligence caused by WESPRO PVT LTD.or…….WESPRO PVT LTD. could not pack it well and consequently I got a broken piece…so I prayed through mail…….then WESPRO assured me “If it is a transit damage than company will take responsibility of same.” When i sent the broken tablet back….WESPRO back out from His promise to bear the loss of transit damage and they are charging 2500 rupees for repair.MY PRAYER IS THAT WESPRO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS NEGLIGENCE AND THE COMPANY SHOULD BEAR THE LOSS.NOT THE CONSUMER.
